Estimates & pricing
Estimates are provided per item, in writing, and remain valid for 30 days. The quoted price is the invoiced price unless the scope changes, in which case any adjustment is agreed with you in writing before work continues.
Scheduling
Confirmed appointments carry an arrival window. You may reschedule without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Scope of work
FIXRR performs residential repair, maintenance, and finishing work that does not require a licensed trade. Where work requires a licensed electrician, plumber, or gas fitter under Ontario regulations, we will identify it and decline or refer that portion.
Workmanship
Work is warranted against defects in workmanship for one year from completion. Materials carry their manufacturers' warranties. Every job concludes with a client walkthrough; items you flag during the walkthrough are corrected before the job is closed.
Liability & insurance
FIXRR carries commercial general liability insurance for residential work in Ontario. Proof of insurance is available on request.
