How does pricing work?
By the item, not the hour. Send photos of your list or book a walkthrough; you'll receive a written per-item quote, usually within 24 hours. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Is any job too small?
No. A single dripping faucet or one door that won't latch is a legitimate item. That said, bundling several items into one visit is where our clients find the most value.
Are you insured?
Yes — FIXRR technicians are licensed and background-checked, carry $2M liability insurance, and are WSIB compliant. Where a job requires a licensed trade beyond handyman scope, we say so plainly and refer you to people we trust. All completed work carries a 12-month workmanship warranty.
How fast can you come?
Estimates usually within 24 hours; most work scheduled the same week. Active leaks and damage risks are prioritized.
Do you service appliances or roofing?
No — we're a dedicated home maintenance and repair business, not an appliance service, and we don't currently offer roofing. We focus entirely on the structural and functional health of your house or condo, and we'll always point you to the right specialist for anything outside that scope.
